Breathwork is a safe and natural way to improve the efficiency of your breathing and transform the physical and mental effects on the body and mind.

In this 4 week breathing course you will learn:
Multiple breathing techniques that can be practiced and deployed in any given situation.
A daily breathwork regime that will help you use your lungs to their full potential.
The science behind breathing with an understanding of how the autonomic nervous system works and how we can use our breath to override this when required.
The importance of nasal breathing and how this can act as a natural filter against airborne viruses and bacteria.
The course includes:
4 x 50 minute weekly sessions
Email support between sessions
Multiple guided breathwork recordings
Home/work practice – 15 minutes per day, learning multiple breathing techniques.
It takes approximately 28 days to form a habit - by the end of the course you will have built a foundation for better wellbeing and created a breathing habit for life.
Courses can be run on an individual basis or with groups.
